We accept Sentara Health Plan, Gateway, Anthem and Anthem Health-keepers Plus, Aetna Better Health of Virginia, Aetna, Meritain Health, UMR, Cigna and United Healthcare. If your insurer is not listed here and you would like to find out if we participate with your coverage, please contact the Business Office at 434-432-8602. We’d be happy to answer your questions or check your benefits.
We do not accept Value Options, Tricare or FFS Medicaid, nor are we in-network with any Medicare plans.
We will bill your insurance for the following counseling services as a courtesy to you. If you have a co-payment or have not met your deductible, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Your insurance Explanation of Benefits will be the final determination of your cost.

Effective 10-1-2025 we are no longer charging for missed appts or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice).
The following items and services are not insurance billable and are solely your responsibility; reduced rates do not apply:
Reports you request are billed at the following rate:
1-3 pages = $75.00 + $10.00 per additional page
When copies of records are requested by a client, guardian or parent, the account must first be in good standing. Records are to be paid for, signed for & picked up by the requesting party
$0.50/pages 1-50; $0.25/pages 51+
We require at least 5 business days (M-Th) to fulfill records’ requests.
