If you have not yet set up access to the client portal, please ask your or your child’s therapist to send you an email invitation.
Therapy Appointment, a Psych Select company, allows active clients with a registered username and password to access the Client Portal to complete and sign on-line documents; to view, make, and in some cases, cancel appointments; to update the client profile and allows clients to send secure encrypted messages and attachments directly to their counselor as well as see statements and make payments online.
When scheduling online, please be mindful of our “minor appt” policy–children under 3 and those who are home-schooled are asked to choose appts in the 2:00 hour or earlier. If your child is attending in-person school we ask that you alternate after-school and during-school appointments. We will provide your child with a note covering the appointment time upon request.
