Returning Clients

Clients wishing to resume therapy with Krystal Mattox, LPC, Victoria Lott, Resident in Counseling, or Katie Ooten, Resident in Counseling, with whom they have previously worked, should be aware that their request will receive serious consideration. The therapist must have the necessary space and availability to restore services. In certain instances, it may be appropriate or required to consider a referral to another provider within the practice, or to offer recommendations for other local practices or agencies.

Since Deb Crowe, LPC, and Suzanne Sanford, LPC, are not taking on new clients, returning former clients who reach out to the office will be matched with a different provider within the practice who is best suited to their needs. Additionally, former clients have the option to receive or ask for referrals to other local practices or agencies.

Clients whose providers are no longer affiliated with this practice will be matched with another provider within the practice or receive recommendations for other practices or agencies.
